P5 - Produce initial sketches for a minimum of two concept ideas that meet the requirements of a client brief.

 

M3 - Produce initial sketches for a minimum of three fully annotated concept ideas that meet the requirements of a client brief

 

D3 - Produce initial sketches for a minimum of four fully annotated concept ideas that fully comply with all the requirements of a client brief and are influenced by different design styles

 

 

For each idea you need to provide drawings that are proportional, your drawings should include as a minimum a floor plan of each level and external views.

 

We recommend using Roomle to develop your floor plans and then Google Sketch Up to develop your external views, these can than be screen grabbed (use the print screen function) into PowerPoint to be displayed.

 

There are various ways you could display your designs, it is often beneficial for a client to have all the information on one view like traditional house example below, however it is easier to manage your drawings as series of drawings.
